Cube have implemented enhancement works to improve the presentation and create sense of arrival for the centre. The tenant line-up has been improved, and vacant space has been repositioned to provide improved amenity. Cube have also engaged local stakeholders in the commissioning of a mural at the centre.

Results

Enhancements have improved the centre’s amenity value and attracted higher footfall. A proactive and creative management strategy has resulted in an improved income profile and diverse mix of new tenants, including new leisure and F&B offerings.
