Cube secured planning permission for the complete redevelopment of a brownfield site as a 282,000 sq ft best in class, BREEAM 'Excellent' office campus. The development completed in December 2024 on time and on budget.
Results
Cube signed a 15 year pre-let to Unilever and secured a £250m forward funding from LCN Capital Partners. Cube were retained as development manager for the project.
