Cube led the refurbishment of the office, establishing a distinctive identity and unique offering. Enhancements included the introduction of an on-site restaurant and providing breakout space, meeting rooms and shared workspace.

Results

The Building was recognised by the British Council for Offices as the UK’s Best Commercial Workplace. The building also claimed the prestigious Best of the Best National Commercial Workplace award. 60,000 sq ft of office space successfully let to a range of occupiers including Colliers, Medgate and Allegis.
