Cube have undertaken a number of asset management initiatives through the addition of a drive-thru unit and installation of on-site EV charging points. The acquisition of the adjoining Burger King drive-thru unit has expanded the holding and provided valuable roadside frontage.
Results
The addition of an on-site coffee operator and EV charging points has improved the tenant profile and increased footfall to the park, with the income rising by 16.3% since acquisition.
