Cube acquired the property, originally built in 2006, in 2013. The asset subsequently underwent a comprehensive renovation, including the refurbishment of empty floors and a new reception with concierge services. An interactive 3D CGI show suite was installed to showcase different layouts and fit-out options.

Results

The refurbishment and letting strategy resulted in the disposal of circa 35,000 sq ft to national tenants, including Trowers and Hamlins and Panonnes. The business plan was fully executed and the property sold, within 2 years of acquisition, securing a highly favourable return.
