Located on the redundant island site to the South of Kingston Town Centre, the rule book was challenged for planning and development at the Unilever Campus, changing the commercial property landscape of Kingston to bring workers and visitors to the area, bringing back to life an unloved and underutilised site, opening this up for the people of Kingston – regenerating the Hogsmill River area – and boosting the local economy. Working with Unilever to create a top-class, sustainable building, the development will bring over 2,000 jobs to the area, putting Kingston on the map for commercial (office) use, while significantly benefitting the local community.
