Cube secured planning permission for the complete redevelopment of the Kingston site as a 282,000 sq ft, BREEAM “Excellent” office campus, signed a 15-year pre-let to Unilever and secured £250 million of forward funding from LCN Capital Partners, before being retained as development manager for the project.
