This culminated in a portfolio sale to a US institution.

Before transitioning full-time into property investment and development in 2019, Tom was a distinguished professional polo player, representing England on multiple occasions and competing globally. Tom’s background reflects a commitment to high-performance teamwork and strategic execution.

At Cube, Tom will be responsible for spearheading the new roadside strategy, overseeing site sourcing, planning, development, and investment management, working closely with Cube’s Investment Director Nic Lowry and the broader team to drive this initiative forward.
