Originally occupied entirely by ITV, Bath Road Studios in Bristol was acquired by Cube for extensive refurbishment.

Jonathan Lawes comments: "We commissioned the award-winning architects Stiff + Trevillion to design a £1.2m refurbishment which would transform the 30,000 sq ft of office space, treble the size of the reception area, and create a new café lounge.

"The building still houses ITV's studios but has been transformed into a fresh and funky workspace with suites from 400 sq ft. Creative businesses are attracted by the opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals: two new lettings were secured shortly after completion of the project while the up and coming health food restaurant chain Friska have opened an outlet on the ground floor".
