Mannings Heath re-brands

11.04.12

Mannings Health Retail Park in Poole, bought for £9.15m by property investment fund Cubemaker in September 2011, is to undergo a major re-brand. From the June 1st, the site will be known as Tower Retail Park. The re-brand will include double sided entrance totems, branded flags and car park signage.

The 71,992 sq ft site was acquired by Cubemaker from the Church Commissioners for England in a deal which reflected a yield of just over 8%. It is currently let to Homebase, Topps Tiles, Fabric Warehouse and Carpet Barn. Up to 12,000 sq ft can also be made available to new tenants and all enquiries should be directed towards joint letting agents Goadsby and Morgan Williams.

Jonathan Lawes, Director of Cube Real Estate who manage the park said: "The new title identifies the strength of the existing Tower Park area and is designed to integrate the retail offer alongside the existing, successful leisure offer".
