Fashionistas choose west London offices

06.02.12

Cutler Agencies is the latest company to take space at the Phoenix Brewery office development in west London.

The fashion agency is to occupy 1,141 sq ft on a five-year lease at a rent of £29.50 per sq ft. Other fashion-related occupiers in the building include Pink Lining and Charlotte Olympia.

Owned by Cube Real Estate's Cubemaker fund, the former Chrysalis Records office building in Bramley Road has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment since Cube purchased the freehold in 2010. The offices are five minutes walk away from Westfield shopping centre.

Tori Bailey of Cube Real Estate comments: "It's perhaps not surprising that the building is proving popular with businesses working in the fashion industry as it has retained its original character but also provides strikingly contemporary space".

David Cuthbert of letting agents, Hanover Green, commented: "The whole area around the building is becoming a fashion and design hotspot with Stella McCartney, Cath Kidston and Monsoon all within a short walk."

The building is now 71% let with 8,000 sq ft remaining available in suites from 1,300 sq ft through letting agents, Hanover Green, Frost Meadowcroft and JMW Bernard.
